There are a few practices that we've stuck to in the past and will continue to do so to achieve maximum customer satisfaction:
Abseiling
When there is no other way, or if the client prefers, we will clean buildings using highly skilled IRATA trained abseilers. All this is done without compromising safety.
Rope access also tends to be a more subtle approach and therefore reduces the chance of disruption to everyday business.
Traditional
On lower levels and inside buildings, we still use ladders which are safety-checked and are used with additional support, i.e. ladder stopper, ladder ties or a second operative footing the base. This that ensures the safest procedures are put into practice.
Grounds Maintenance
To keep your building looking like new, we also provide grounds maintenance service including:

Reach and Wash
This is still a relatively new method of window cleaning that has revolutionised the cleaning industry as its many benefits far outweigh other cleaning methods. By using 100% pure laboratory-grade water which is then pumped through carbon fibre telescopic poles, we are able to access and clean windows to heights in excess of 50 foot.
There are less Health and Safety risks impeding its use as the pole is used for the safety of the ground, making it by far the safest and cost-effective method of cleaning with excellent results. For a free demonstration, please contact us and we will be happy to show you the system at work.
We also have a go-anywhere trolley system that does exactly what it says. It can get to all the hard-to-access places such as rooftops, wells, verandas, alleyways and can be used from a hydraulic platform, so there is not 100's of feet of dangling hose pipe causing a safety issue.
Hydraulic Platforms
On certain buildings we may also need to use hydraulic platforms or self-propelled booms if the building cannot be cleaned using other methods, or areas are impossible to access. In this case, we would use our hydraulic platform vehicles, allowing us to access windows and facades up to almost any height.
Our window cleaners are highly experienced, trained operators of powered access platforms, for exterior and interior cleaning, on buildings with restricted We are all members of IPAF - International Powered Access Federation. All platforms are tested every 6 months to adhere to legislation.
All operatives are trained and certified with qualifications for the whole range of access platforms, from specialist compact machines that will fit through a single doorway, to large hydraulic truck mounts extending up to 75 metres.
